Job Description The Commerce Payments organization is a motivated, forward-thinking team comprised of high-talent product managers focused on delivering innovative payment services via key platforms. We aim to transform customer experiences, simplify business processes, and achieve product excellence. As a Product Partnerships Manager, VP, you will lead relationship management, oversee technical and business initiatives, and collaborate with internal partners. The role requires a deep understanding of the mobile & emerging payments landscape and strong relationship management skills. Job Responsibilities Manage external relationships with payment network and merchant partners supporting the Commerce Payments team (notably tokenization and provisioning). Lead and manage technical and business initiatives between our partners and Chase, including overseeing technical intakes/changes, network mandates, and product/data integrations. Serve as both partnerships manager and product owner for these initiatives. Strengthen, manage, and report on strategic partner plans/initiatives and overall partner health. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (product, corporate development, analytics, finance, fraud, legal) to lead partnership discussions influencing product strategy. Manage all partner management initiatives (quarterly reviews, analytics reporting, billing, daily management). Oversee contractual obligations with key partners. Collaborate with Corporate Development on deal structures and terms for joint partnerships. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 6+ years of experience in strategic payments industry partnerships, including mobile wallets, payment networks, and platforms. Experience in a product-focused environment with internal and external dependencies. Experience managing new product implementations, network mandates, and digital payments projects. Proficient in interpreting and drafting user requirements. Deep knowledge of mobile & emerging payments, avid user of digital payment apps, strong relationship management skills. Strategic thinker with attention to detail, effective communicator with excellent writing skills. Proven ability to collaborate and influence multiple stakeholders across product, technology, and design teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with payment partners, networks, and platforms.
