Qualifications: General understanding of telecommunications The position will focus on responding to incoming support phone calls, as well as addressing tickets that are emailed into the support queue. Agents are expected to provide a great customer service experience and maintain key performance standards that help drive success. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to communicate clearly with end users over the phone and via email Up to 25% travel required. Demonstrate knowledge in telecommunication network design and Telco. Technical and project management understanding to monitor and control communications systems performance. Customer service and performance driven. Ability to work effectively with team members of all levels.
Additional Information
Salary:
Hourly position $20-$22/hour depending on experience
Location:
On-site at the Dallas Service Center (this role is not hybrid or remote)
