About the Role: Do you know how to work in an efficient and organized manner? Are you looking for a role that is team oriented? Our Production team member position may be the right fit for you! We are looking for a Production Team Member that can help us keep up with the high demand of beverages we are producing on a weekly basis. This role is full-time, reports directly to the Production Manager and is located onsite at 8th Wonder Brewery. We are willing to consider part-time candidates if they meet the qualifications.
Reports to : Production Manager
Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Effectively communicate daily with the Production Manager to understand needs of the business for the shift
- Efficiently hit daily and weekly KPI’s while ensuring all SOP’s are being followed
- Conducting daily maintenance on packaging machines and/or equipment
- Maintain an immaculately clean and safe work environment
- Maintain a healthy, positive, team-oriented work environment
- Completing quality control checks on packaged beverages during a run
- Setup for packaging materials, palletizing cans and shrink wrapping when necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience in food, beverage or CPG manufacturing industry a plus
- Experience operating industrial equipment; such as forklifts, canning lines, keg washers.
- Machinery maintenance experience and ability to work with tech support and machine manuals a plus
- Comfortable utilizing computer systems, such as Odoo, Microsoft software systems, Excel, etc
- Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance.
- Clean and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adjust schedule to meet production demands
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
Physical Requirements :
• Lift 55 lbs from ground to shoulder high
• Lift 110 lbs from ground to waist high and moving 150 lbs along the floor
• Climb stairs, ramps, and ladders
• Work in warehouse style settings
• Work safely with chemicals
• Work safely in loud environments
