Volt is immediately hiring for a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor in Burlington, Washington.

As a 3rdShift Production Supervisor, you will:
Ensure all operations staff follow safety protocols and work instructions.
Provide training and technical support to operations staff.
Monitor product quality and report any defects.
Perform quality control and ensure product traceability.
Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with maintenance.
Communicate shift updates and issues to management and other teams.
Propose and implement process improvements.
Step in for absent staff and perform production tasks as needed.
Work overtime as required.
Foster a cooperative team environment and communicate company updates.
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
A high school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of production experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible and/or rotating shifts
Preferred qualifications include:
5 years of experience as a production supervisor in manufacturing
Experience with production planning, controls, and ERP/MRP systems
Salary: $78,000 - $85,000 per year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
