About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented App Store Marketing Specialist to lead our mobile app growth across platforms like iOS, Android (Google Play), and FireOS. You will be responsible for driving installs, optimizing conversion rates, and increasing in-app engagement through App Store Optimization (ASO), A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and analytics teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies including metadata, screenshots, and keyword optimization to improve visibility and downloads.
- Plan and implement A/B testing on App Store creatives to boost conversion rates and installs.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop compelling creatives (videos, icons, screenshots).
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align in-app experiences with marketing objectives.
- Analyze and report on app performance, keyword rankings, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Work closely with paid acquisition and CRM teams to ensure full-funnel journey continuity from store to app.
- Manage submission of app updates and coordinate with platform partners (Apple, Google, Amazon).
- Collaborate on launch strategies for new features, releases, and seasonal promotions.
- Track and improve conversion rates, retention , and LTV metrics through in-app marketing experiments.
Qualifications:
- 6–12 years of experience in mobile marketing , preferably in consumer apps or tech.
- Proven experience in ASO , mobile campaign strategy, and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with platforms such as App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, AppTweak, or Mobile Action.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Tableau, Looker, Excel, or Google Analytics (Firebase).
- Experience in A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Understanding of UX/UI best practices for app store listings.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
