Programmer Analyst 3 (Need local to Lansing, MI)
Job Title: Programmer Analyst 3 Location: Lansing, MI Duration: At least 1 year Shift: 8-5 Pay: $45-48 per hour Skills & Experience: 8+ years in development environment support 8+ years of .NET 4.8 with C# 4+ years of Java Interview Process: Candidates must be willing to come onsite (Lansing, MI) for interviews. Duration: 1 year with possible extension. Remote or On-site: Candidates must be local (within 90 minutes of Lansing). Onsite starting day 1 is required for a hybrid schedule of 2 days a week in the office. No remote-only option. Job Description: 8-11+ years of experience in the field or a related area. Uses experience and judgment to accomplish goals independently, performs complex tasks, may lead, with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. The Programmer Analyst 3 is an advanced IT programmer/analyst and technical resource in the Eligibility Area. This role supports development environment, production support, batch jobs, evaluates solutions, develops alternatives, recommends technical modifications, and maintains applications across multiple platforms, with experience in agile processes. Technologies include web development using .NET and Java for projects like CDC I-Billing, CCAC, and Bridges, with upgrades as needed. Responsible for developing and maintaining processes supporting the Department of Health & Human Services, including reports. Includes documentation development related to navigation, data storage, retrieval, validation, manipulation, printing, and other processes. Supports CDC I-Billing, a web application used by CDC providers for billing submissions, including the CCAC component used for validation and provider support. Skills required include .NET 4.8 with C# and Oracle database knowledge. Employers may use AI tools to generate or enhance job descriptions.
