We are a globally dispersed, 100% remote company
with a strong open-source focus. Our flagship open-source project is FingerprintJS (20K stars on GitHub). We have raised $77M and are backed by Craft Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, and Uncorrelated Ventures. Note: All Fingerprint recruiting email communications will always come from the @fingerprint.com domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored. As a Software Engineer on the Developer Experience and Integrations team, you will build and maintain customer-facing integrations between Fingerprint and third-party cloud providers like Cloudflare, AWS, Fastly, and Akamai. Your work will enable seamless integration of Fingerprint's device intelligence solutions into customer infrastructure, enhancing security for authentication and critical actions. You will contribute to backend integrations (Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda, API security) and customer-facing features in our dashboard (React and Node.js), along with maintaining our open-source SDKs and libraries. Your code will be executed millions of times daily, ensuring accurate device intelligence and seamless protection. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrations with cloud platforms like Cloudflare, AWS, Akamai, and Fastly. Enhance the Fingerprint dashboard with React and Node.js. Implement API-based and edge-based security logic. Maintain and improve our open-source SDKs and libraries. Work with SDKs and open-source projects for customer integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and performance. Write documentation for integrations and SDKs. Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go. 2-3 years of experience with Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda, or similar platforms. Experience with third-party service and API integrations. Experience developing customer-facing products, SDKs, or developer tools. Familiarity with SDK and library development. Excellent remote communication skills and attention to detail. Interest in cloud platforms, open-source, and developer experience. Please include the current major version of the Fingerprint Pro Server Python SDK in your application. Nice to have:
Experience with additional cloud platforms like Azure Functions. Contributions to open-source projects or technical content. Experience in technical writing for APIs and integrations. This role is ideal for those passionate about customer-facing integrations, cloud security, edge computing, and developer experience, while also supporting our open-source ecosystem. Note: Due to regulations, some countries are restricted. We do not sponsor visas; applicants must be authorized to work remotely from their location. We are committed to an inclusive environment and encourage underrepresented groups to apply.
