Intermediate Architect / Job Captain
A growing, award-winning architecture and design-build firm specializing in healthcare and medical facility design is seeking a talented Intermediate Architect/Job Captain to join their team. Opportunity to work on award-winning projects in healthcare and medical facility design.

The Intermediate Architect / Job Captain will play a key role in the design and development of medium to large-scale healthcare and medical projects . This individual will gain hands-on experience in all project phases, from schematic design to construction administration .
Develop plans for existing buildings where original documents are unavailable.
Travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
Review shop drawings, specifications, and cost estimates , ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Provide support to Architectural Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams .
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field .
~Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Procore is a plus).
~ Strong understanding of architecture, building materials, and construction methods .
~ Fluency in English , both written and spoken.
