We’re Hiring: Civil Project Manager/ Senior Civil Project Manager
Fusion Engineering & Technology is looking for an experienced Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join our team in San Diego County. This is a hands-on role that combines Civil Engineering expertise with Project and Staff Management, ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage land development projects from concept to completion
- Oversee and mentor design and drafting staff
- Prepare and review grading, storm drain, erosion control, BMP, roadway, and utility plans
- Ensure projects meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clients, agencies, and our in-house technology team to drive efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in CAD drafting, design, and project management
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BricsCAD (GIS & surveying experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of local design standards and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
