Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager/Inside Sales professional, based in Stamford, CT with some work-from-home flexibility. The Project Manager/Inside Sales will be responsible for overseeing lighting projects and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, maintaining project schedules, generating leads, handling sales inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves a mix of project management and sales responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes. Qualifications Project Management skills including planning, scheduling, and coordinating Inside Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using project management software and CRM tools Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment Knowledge of lighting products and industry standards is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field Seniority level
