About the Role

As a key member of our National Accounts team, you'll oversee execution of service projects and PMs from kickoff through closeout, working closely with national clients, partner vendors, internal teams, and subcontractors. Reporting to the Sr. Program Manager, this role will manage all technical and logistical elements for accounts representing up to $20M in volume. This is a hands-on, client-facing role based in our Frisco office-ideal for professionals who take pride in precision, planning, and proactive communication.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for national commercial HVAC/MEP service projects
• Host project kickoff meetings, align stakeholders, and define execution plans
• Manage timelines, procurement, labor planning, and subcontractor involvement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for national clients and service partners
• Conduct site visits and technical check-ins as needed to support execution quality
• Maintain accurate financial tracking, documentation, and change orders
• Collaborate with estimators and senior managers during preconstruction and scope clarification
• Uphold safety, quality, and service standards across all deliverables

What You Bring

• 5+ years of HVAC or MEP project management experience (multi-site or national preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and best practices
• Experience working with PM tools, estimating software, and service ticketing platforms
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Willingness to work on-site daily at our Frisco, TX headquarters
