Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Assistant Property Manager to join our team at the Live on South Federal Apartments in Denver. Conveniently located near downtown, Live on South Federal Apartments has a wonderful location near Sheridan, CO, and Lakewood, CO. We offer up to $28/hr plus leasing & renewal bonuses and full benefits including 2 weeks paid time off and tuition reimbursement.
Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. We currently manage 75,311 apartment units in 22 states, making us the 8th largest multifamily owner in the country per NMHC (2024). Additionally, Monarch's ownership operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Up to $21/hr
- Eligible for $75 commissions & up to $100 renewal bonuses
- Annual reviews with potential raises up to 5%

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager with on-site operations
- Maximize tenant renewals (commissions paid)
- Build and maintain resident relations
- Lease apartments to meet or exceed market occupancy and rent levels (when leasing agent is unavailable, commissions paid)
- Ensure property marketing is current and effective
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years' experience in multifamily housing
- Proficient computer skills, industry software preferred (YARDI preferred)
This role requires pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check, drug screening (excluding THC), and credit review.
