Are you a registered nurse with firsthand FQHC experience and a passion for improving clinical quality? Do you have a track record of managing operational workflows or conducting HRSA Operational Site Visits? You’ll manage clinical workflows, credentialing, expert matching, and quality assurance, while building the infrastructure to support long-term scale. This role will start in person or hybrid depending on location and may evolve based on performance and company needs.

Lead Medplace’s clinical operations team, including expert onboarding, credentialing, review matching, and QA
Ensure peer reviews comply with HRSA standards, HIPAA, and other relevant regulatory requirements
Design and optimize workflows to match internal and external reviewers with providers based on specialty, location, credentialing, and availability
Build and maintain scalable SOPs for internal reviews, FQHC compliance reporting, and Operational Site Visit (OSV) readiness
Support onboarding and training of clinical reviewers to meet Medplace’s standards
Collaborate with customer success and sales teams to tailor operational support based on FQHC or hospital-specific needs
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., turnaround time, quality scores) and lead initiatives to improve operational outcomes
Contribute clinical and compliance insights to product development and strategic planning
Stay current on regulatory requirements related to peer review and HRSA audits
Direct experience with FQHC operations , which may include:
Working in an operational or administrative role at an FQHC
Minimum of 5 years of clinical operations or healthcare quality management experience
Strong understanding of peer review processes, credentialing, and regulatory compliance (HRSA, HIPAA)
Demonstrated ability to build and manage operational workflows in healthcare
Experience with digital health platforms or clinical marketplaces
