Provide support, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cloud Systems Provide support to Cloud Systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network devices, mobile devices, etc Aid users with onboarding, accessing, and using Cloud Systems Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams on workload management, patch management, active directory management, onboarding, and any other troubleshooting as required Support hands-on computer-based training for users Provide detailed analysis and feedback to management and internal customers for escalated tickets Support the transfer of mission application updates across multiple classification levels, enabling low to high file transfers

Job Duties
Provide support, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cloud Systems Provide support to Cloud Systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network devices, mobile devices, etc Aid users with onboarding, accessing, and using Cloud Systems Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams on workload management, patch management, active directory management, onboarding, and any other troubleshooting as required Support hands-on computer-based training for users Provide detailed analysis and feedback to management and internal customers for escalated tickets Support the transfer of mission application updates across multiple classification levels, enabling low to high file transfers
Requirements
Relevant Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or, supporting certifications and relevant job or military experience of 4 years in lieu of degree 1+ years of systems administration and automation experience with Windows and/or Linux to include PowerShell and/or Bash Scripting DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) or DoD 8140 equivalent Must hold an active DoD Top Secret Security clearance, with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph
Desired
1+ years of experience supporting Cloud environments to include, delivering, securing and managing container-based applications and supporting the Cloud 1+ years of experience with debugging (grepping logs, stack traces, tracking down permissions issues, etc.) Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple efforts as needed Desire to learn new technologies and tools and willing to share your experience with the team Experience with DevOps (configuration management (Ansible (preferred), Chef, or Puppet), application deployment, security) General understanding of basic Networking principles Experience in Cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or other Cloud Service Providers AWS Cloud Certifications
