is seeking a
Board-Certified Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist (MD or DO)
for a full-time hybrid leadership opportunity with a growing, psychiatrist-owned practice in New York City. This is a rare chance to build and shape a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry service line within an established, multi-state organization that prioritizes personalized, holistic, and collaborative clinical culture. Must be able to work
one day per week on-site in NYC ; the rest is remote.

are encouraged to apply. This role is ideal for a mission-aligned psychiatrist who is excited to lead thoughtfully, serve across the lifespan, and help shape a dynamic outpatient program grounded in clinical integrity and compassionate care.
Child, Adolescent, Adult, Psychiatrist Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care across a split caseload of children, adolescents, and adults (transitioning over time to mostly children/adolescents) Maintain a target caseload of 40–45 patient sessions per week Conduct intakes, diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, medication management, and treatment planning Intake Assessments can be 1-2 hours broken up into two sessions, when needed Provide guidance and oversight to other clinicians working with minors Participate in 1:1s with the Medical Director, interdisciplinary team meetings, and drop-in supervision hours Build and lead a child and adolescent psychiatry service line including clinical oversight, onboarding and training, best practices, and policies and procedures Contribute to an inclusive, clinician-forward culture through team meetings, mentorship, and case consultation
Child, Adolescent, Adult, Psychiatrist Requirements:
MD or DO with active Board Certification in Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Active, unrestricted license in
New York and/or New Jersey
(dual licensure strongly preferred) Experience treating children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting Comfort working remotely with reliable tech/computer skills Ability to work
one day per week on-site in New York City (highly preferred) Strong commitment to interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-based care Previous experience providing supervision to clinicians preferred
