Responsibilities
Perform software testing and quality assurance for web, mobile, and tablet applications.
Conduct system integration testing of back-end components and integration points.
Write SQL queries for data validation.
Use defect-tracking software to document and manage issues.
Create and manually execute test cases/scripts.
Perform ad-hoc testing without documented requirements.
Implement QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Identify and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software testing and QA.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with UI and functional testing of web, mobile, and tablet applications.
Experience with system integration testing.
Proficiency in SQL for data validation.
Experience with defect-tracking tools.
Ability to create and execute test cases/scripts manually.
Ability to perform ad-hoc testing without documented requirements.
Knowledge of QA best practices and process maturity.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with good time management skills.
Accountability for deadlines.
