Base pay range
$69.00/hr - $76.00/hr
This is a remote role based out of Redmond.
Pay Range: $69/hr – $76/hr
Join a leading technology innovator as a key player in their AI monetization strategy. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in building the foundational analytics infrastructure that will directly shape product development and drive success in this cutting-edge field. Your expertise in customer insights and data analysis will empower the team to understand unmet customer needs and inform critical product decisions.
As a Senior Data Analyst, You Will
- Develop a unified data repository, integrating diverse customer data sources.
- Design and implement dashboards and BI infrastructure using cutting-edge data visualization tools.
- Generate ongoing reports and automated workflows to provide actionable customer insights.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support evolving product needs and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate data insights into product improvements and new features.
- Contribute to the development of a customer-centric data strategy, shaping how the team leverages data for maximum impact.
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics/Customer Insights, with a proven track record of analyzing customer feedback, sentiment, and marketing data.
- 10+ years of experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, including building dashboards and working with modern data environments.
- 10+ years of experience in Ad Hoc Data Analysis & Enablement, demonstrating the ability to quickly analyze diverse datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead and own data analysis projects, from initial discovery to final delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in the customer intelligence or ad tech industries.
- Experience with customer data platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in proactively identifying and addressing unmet customer needs through data analysis.
