Job DescriptionJob Description Quality Assurance Inspector I (2nd Shift: 10:00 PM – 1:30 AM) Pay: $21/hr Medical Device Manufacturer – 2 Virtual Interviews The primary role of the Quality Assurance Inspector I is to learn and perform inspections that support manufacturing goals, including inspections of raw materials and final kit assemblies. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of lab experience, although it is not required. Success in this position involves understanding inspection AQLs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), cleanroom protocols, ISO/FDA regulations, and how incoming materials impact final product quality. The work environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented with a strong focus on communication and patient outcomes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform typical visual inspections, paperwork checks, and final kit inspections with minimal supervision Adhere to all procedures and policies Accurately document inspection results using proper GDP Complete all required training in a timely manner Understand departmental quality logs and relevant QMS components Support effective communication within and across departments Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds regularly Push up to 600 pounds (with assistance) occasionally and 300 pounds regularly Work weekday and weekend overtime as needed Participate in safety initiatives and follow all safety procedures REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent :

1 year of lab or incoming inspection experience (not required) Technical Skills Basic PC navigation Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite Understanding of inspections involving mechanical, electrical, and optical components Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications Comfortable using batch records and following procedures General Skills Strong attention to detail Time management Interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment Company DescriptionMarquee Staffing has built a reputation on expert local market knowledge, unparalleled personalized service and the ability to deliver winning candidates and job opportunities.
