Job Description
Johnson Service Group is a award-winning staffing company looking for a Quality Inspector with 2 years' experience to work in the MRO department, The Quality Inspector, with IPC-A-610 certification, under general supervision, is responsible for the inspection of a variety of material and assemblies to receive, in-process, and final inspection to ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
Must have Electronic Component, PCB or VME Inspection background.
Location: Santa Clarita, CA-Onsite 2nd shift
Salary Range: $30.14 per hou r
Interpret purchase orders, work instructions, engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure accurate inspections.
Use calibrated measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges) to verify parts. Complete inspection reports. Generate reports for non-conformances. Recommend and implement improvements to inspection procedures. Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality inspection in aerospace, defense, or heavily regulated manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications:
IPC-A-610 certification Understanding of industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC, MIL-STD, etc.).
