Job Overview REI Plumbing & Construction Inc is seeking a seasoned Foreman/Project Manager to lead plumbing projects across residential, commercial, and light industrial settings. You will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of plumbing installations and renovationsfrom planning and budgeting to team supervision and client communications. This role requires a skilled leader with the technical expertise to maintain compliance, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional quality on every job site.

Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate plumbing projects from initiation through completion. Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and manage budgets. Supervise and direct plumbing crews, subcontractors, and vendors. Conduct site inspections and maintain quality assurance across job sites. Ensure compliance with all applicable plumbing codes and safety standards. Oversee procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing status updates and resolving concerns. Identify and mitigate potential project risks to maintain project timelines. Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management. (Plumbing a bonus) Associates Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing successful teams. In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, installations, and compliance standards. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Plumbing certification or license. (preferred) Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing projects. Health & Wellness:
