Title of Position: Assistant Manager
Job Description: As our restaurant Manager you will be expected to maintain all daily operations of the restaurant. Interviewing, hiring, training and coaching will be some of the functions of our Assistant Manager. Verbal and written counseling of hourly personnel will also be expected of the Assistant Manager, as necessary. As the Assistant Manager you will be accountable for ensuring compliance with all company policies in addition to state health and safety regulations. A strong knowledge of inventory management and product ordering along with computer literacy are necessary attributes to achieve success as our Assistant Manager. Exceptional leadership abilities, communication skills and a positive attitude are a must as our Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager sets the overall tone for the restaurant and it’s crucial that the staff has a professional and encouraging environment to work in.

Qualifications
- The Assistant Manager should possess 3+ years of high volume restaurant management experience
- The Assistant Manager should have a passion for developing and mentoring people
- The Assistant Manager should have a proven track record of achieving financial results
- The Assistant Manager should have a high degree of honesty, integrity and guest oriented philosophy
- The Assistant Manager should have open availability
