RL Siteworx . Position Summary The Operations Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across all departments within RL Siteworx. This individual will be responsible for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and visualizing data from multiple systems to identify trends, optimize processes, and support operational excellence. This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. Work Location:
This is a full-time, in-office position based at our office in Pasadena, TX. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role. Please begin the assessment here: Assessment Link Objectives Design and maintain operational dashboards for executive and departmental use Gather and integrate data from multiple systems including project management, estimating, accounting, GPS tracking, and field logs Create and maintain reports on KPIs across operations, finance, and field performance Identify and communicate trends, anomalies, and actionable insights Partner with department leads to define data needs and deliver solutions Support data accuracy through routine validation and reconciliation Automate recurring reports and processes for efficiency Provide ad-hoc analysis for decision-making Develop visualizations and executive reports Collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement Competencies Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or Tableau) Experience with data extraction and transformation (ETL) Ability to communicate technical info clearly to non-technical stakeholders Attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Business acumen and operational awareness Collaborative mindset across departments Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Management, or related At least 3 years in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in construction/utilities/field services Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Excel, and project/financial systems Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work on a computer for extended periods Occasional site visits for data collection Clear communication in person and electronically Compensation Salary from $95,000 to $125,000, plus incentives, benefits, and retirement options. #J-18808-Ljbffr
