Key Responsibilities:
Provide holistic, patient-centered hospice care in compliance with care plans.
Manage symptoms and pain effectively to ensure patient comfort.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Active RN license in Texas.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (hospice or palliative care experience is a plus).
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Availability for PRN shifts, including some weekends or evenings as needed.
