Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time
Location: Lake City, FL
Shifts Available: Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends)Compensation & Incentives:

• Hourly Pay: $28.80/hr (Entry Level) - $43.20/hr (15+ years of experience)
• Shift Differentials: +$4.25/hr Nights | +$2.00/hr Weekends
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

Position Summary:

We're hiring a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-focused care team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement nursing care for a variety of adult medical and surgical patients. You'll collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure quality, safety, and compassion in every aspect of care delivery.Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing patient assessments
• Provide hands-on nursing care based on individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Document interventions, assessments, and outcomes in the EMR
• Communicate and coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families on treatments, discharge plans, and home care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Active Florida RN license or compact RN license (must obtain FL license within 60 days)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (recency preferred)
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Certifications: BLS from AHA required within 30 days of start
