Neuro Tele RN 3x12s nights, 7p-7:30p Every other weekend required Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required 1 year experience required No first timers Patient Diagnoses: Stroke, neurosurgery, trauma, general med/surg and IMC/Step down level of care Special Procedures: Lumbar drains, NIHSS, Stroke education Unit Details: Busy stroke/neuro/trauma step-down unit. NIHSS required. Telemetry required. Usual patient assignment 1:4 may be higher at times depending on if additional resources available. Job Requirements
