Provide detailed instruction, support, and oversight of the back office and clinical leader onboarding program. Teach onboarding classes. Train clinical leaders to utilize HCHB and Muse for planning, coordinating, and supporting patient care training, including instructing back office staff on clinical software. Maintain a detailed training calendar. Conduct ongoing staff development in clinical, customer service, and regulatory areas. Develop training content in collaboration with Instructional Design team, SMEs, Sponsors, and Managers to create aligned continuing education programs. Collaborate with Clinical Learning & Development and Clinical Resources to develop and maintain training and in-services for Clinical leadership, addressing specific training needs. Perform back-to-bedside visits. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications
Current RN license in good standing in the required state(s). Minimum of 2 years hospice care experience and strong knowledge of regulations. Proven ability to work within an interdisciplinary team. Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and good driving record. Teaching or training experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills and proficiency with multimedia training platforms. Ability to evaluate training options and design effective training programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Certifications
Current RN license in the state(s) of practice. CHPN certification preferred. Our Commitment
