Software Engineer
to join our team in supporting one of the country’s premier defense research organizations. The Software Engineer will participate in the development of new radar software and in the sustainment of existing radar software. The candidate will work within a small team of engineers on software development and maintenance of OTH Radar systems and similar systems. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining code for real-time and offline applications, implementing and testing software modifications and algorithms using C++ and MATLAB. Software will be professionally packaged, tested, documented, and delivered for use by others. Requirements: Must be a U.S Citizen Must have an Active Secret Clearance

Must be within 100 miles of Lexington, MA Minimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a related field 5+ years in Engineering, Software/Algorithm Development, Program/Project Management or Analysis, Software Documentation, Programming, Backend Programming (SQL) 10+ years in C/C++ Programming 5+ years using C++11 or later, STL, Boost library 5+ years using GIT/GITHUB Experience in Object-Oriented Software Design and Development, Software Design/Development, XML, SQL, Signal Processing, MATLAB Signal Processing Techniques, Systems, Hardware and Software Integration Preferred Skills: Programming in Java and JavaScript Experience with Maven, Gradle, Git/Gitlab, Make/Autotools Required Skills: Expert in MATLAB and C++ Experience with DDS open architecture development (RTI preferred) Experience with signal processing techniques and radar signal processing Proficient in all aspects of software development including management, documentation, coding standards, configuration control, and testing Benefits and Perks: 15 days PTO, 10 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays Paid volunteer days, paid maternity/paternity leave, tuition reimbursement, 401K with matching, cell phone & internet reimbursement, device allowance Work Location:
