Job Summary: We are currently seeking an Analyst to join our Servicing Team. The Analyst must demonstrate attention to detail, organization, analytical orientation, and possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner as a Payoff Release & Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Specialist. This role is critical in maintaining compliance, protecting the company's security interests, and meeting investor and regulatory requirements. The function of the Servicing Analyst is to provide exceptional service to our clients and to perform servicing duties as necessary. Essential Functions: · Prepare, file, and maintain UCC-1 financing statements to secure the company's interest in collateral · Monitor UCC-1 filings and process UCC-3 continuations, terminations, and amendments as needed · Ensure timely UCC renewals to maintain lien priority and compliance · Maintain a database of UCC filings, tracking expiration dates and ensuring accurate record-keeping · Process and record the satisfaction of mortgage/lien releases for paid in full loans · Ensure timely release of collateral per investor, regulatory, and company requirements · Communicate with internal teams, borrowers, and external agencies regarding payoff and release procedures · Verify loan payoff documentation to ensure the accuracy of payoff figures before processing releases · Add monthly UCC fees to billing · Assist with annual audit and reporting requirements · Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to resolve any issues related to UCC filings or lien releases · Perform other functions as deemed necessary Qualifications & Skills Required: · Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote) · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities · Ability to multitask and strong time management to meet demanding deadlines · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills · Ability to work independently and as a team player · Willingness and ability to learn new technology · Proficiency in loan servicing software and document management systems · Familiarity with UCC filings, mortgage satisfaction processes, and regulatory compliance Preferred Experience: · Undergraduate degree in a business-related field (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business) · Experience in multifamily and/or commercial real estate finance, or legal real estate experience preferred #LI-DNI
