Field Marketing Manager

to join our team. This newly created role will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing our presence at trade shows, medical conferences, and key industry events. You’ll also help design and lead internal team events as the company scales. This is a high-visibility opportunity with room to shape the position and grow your career. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for external events, including registration, booth setup, equipment, and shipping, totaling 1-2 events per month Create and manage timelines, travel arrangements, and event checklists to ensure seamless execution. Help shape our events strategy by identifying and prioritizing third-party events with the greatest potential impact. Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Sales, Product) to align event strategies with business goals and brand standards. Develop and execute engaging event experiences that build awareness and generate leads. Manage vendor relationships, including exhibit companies, printers, event organizers, and shipping partners. Provide hands-on event support: oversee setup, teardown, and day-of logistics. Serve as an on-site brand ambassador, ensuring professionalism and a strong brand presence. Track event metrics, including lead capture and ROI, and produce insightful post-event reports. Qualifications Required: 5+ years of experience in trade show or special event coordination (corporate and/or medical device industry preferred) Familiarity with medical conferences and event practices in the
