Overview:

Our client is seeking a professional, service-focused Receptionist to support clinical and administrative teams. This role includes managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a positive experience for patients and visitors.

Responsibilities of the Medical Receptionist:

• Greet and direct patients and visitors

• Answer and route calls promptly and professionally

• Respond to email and online inquiries

• Manage patient records and documentation in the EMR system

• Process record requests in compliance with HIPAA

• Assist with check-in, registration, and insurance verification

• Provide clerical support and maintain an orderly reception area

• Support compliance and accreditation activities

Requirements of the Medical Receptionist:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Must have experience working with EMR systems

• 1+ year in a healthcare or administrative support role

• Associate degree or higher
