$45,678.00/yr - $57,896.00/yr Direct message the job poster from ROCS Grad Staffing We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk to support our fast-paced accounting team in Rockville, MD. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and brings a proactive, team-oriented approach to their work. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable communicating with both internal staff and external customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial accuracy and efficiency of our day-to-day operations and offers the opportunity to grow within a stable and well-established organization. Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk: Reconcile daily incoming payments with internal systems Assist with bank reconciliations and internal cash deposits Work with the sales team to support collection efforts Review and collect delivery documentation and driver paperwork Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and efficiency Support additional AR functions and cross-train across department processes Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Lead Clerk: 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar finance role Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to manage high volumes of work with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational and communication skills Must pass a background check Availability to work fully on-site, Monday through Friday Seniority level
