Are you a friendly, professional, and organized individual? Our real estate office in Stockbridge, GA, is looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy assisting clients and staff, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for agents and clients.
- Maintain office organization, including filing and record-keeping.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide general support to the real estate team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills.
- Organizational & Multitasking Abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to Work Independently & as Part of a Team.
- Experience in Real Estate or Office Administration Preferred.

Responsibilities
- Client and Visitor Reception:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide assistance and information to visitors.
- Communication and Scheduling:
- Answer and route phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Take and relay messages accurately and timely.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for agents and clients.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Maintain office records and files.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Software and Technology:
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, using appropriate tools and technologies.
