We currently have a full-time opening for a Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. If you are looking for a fast-paced environment where you can make a difference every day, then this is the opportunity for you!
Who You Are
You will play a vital role within the HR team, offering support across various HR disciplines and assisting team members in achieving departmental goals. This position is responsible for managing essential HR processes, including onboarding, coordinating meetings and events, facilitating internal communications, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment efforts.
What You'll Do
As a Human Resource Generalist, you will:
- Manage onboarding for new hires, coordinating pre-employment screenings, equipment setup, and supporting onboarding experience.
- Facilitate and present training sessions such as New Hire Orientation and Culture Training.
- Maintain employee records and manage inquiries received in the HR inbox.
- Develop and distribute employee communications like newsletters.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards through employee screenings and documentation.
- Assist with data collection, audits, and accreditation requirements.
- Handle department accounting tasks, including purchase requisitions and invoice processing.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and materials for stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships for compliance posters and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and manage employee offboarding documentation.
- Support calendar management, travel, and expenses for HR leadership.
What You Bring
- Associates degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
- PHR certification and knowledge of employment laws.
- Moderate to advanced HRIS experience; UKG (UltiPro) preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems.

Work Schedule & Compensation
Schedules may vary outside standard hours. Salary range: $65,000-$70,000/year, based on experience and qualifications. Role may be eligible for bonuses.
