A respected, full-service accounting firm with over three decades of consistent growth is hiring two experienced accountants for its Brookfield and Oak Creek offices. These roles offer high autonomy, a flexible environment, and above-market compensation.

What Youll Do:

• Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and personal tax returns
• Conduct tax projections and provide proactive tax planning guidance
• Maintain and analyze financial records using QuickBooks
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify tax savings opportunities
• Communicate directly with clients and deliver strategic financial insights
• Stay current on federal and state tax law changes

What Were Looking For:

• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• 3+ years preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Proficiency with QuickBooks
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients
• Performance-based bonus plan
