Seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President & Corporate Chief Information Security Officer of a reputable St. Louis organization. You will provide high-level administrative support, manage complex calendars and travel arrangements, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience supporting C-Suite
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism
• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree and experience in a tech or high-growth environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic and international travel and complex calendars
• Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics across time zones
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive summaries
• Handle expense reports, credit card reconciliation, and mileage tracking
• Act as liaison and support for internal and external stakeholders
