Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Director, you will own the Southern VA and West Virginia region, generating new business, managing pipelines, developing account strategies, closing enterprise deals, and expanding customer relationships. You will engage with IT executives, making a significant impact and advancing your sales career. Reporting to the Area Sales Director, Mid-Atlantic, with 40% travel. Requirements
Proven hunter with a history of exceeding enterprise sales quotas. Experience navigating large, complex deals and consistently achieving targets. Background in vendor technology sales (SaaS, Security, Networking) to CISOs & CIOs. Experience in hyper-growth startups. Understanding of channel-centric go-to-market strategies and strategic alliances. Ability to work cross-functionally with management and legal teams. Strong influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills; adept at building trust. Persistent in closing issues and contracts, with a sense of urgency. Engineering background or education is a plus.
