Regional Senior HR Manager (Americas & Caribbean)
Location: Miami, with flexibility across the Americas region
Reports to: Global VP People
Purpose of the Role:
The Regional Senior HR Manager (Americas & Caribbean) will lead the people function across the region, making sure our HR practices match local laws and cultural contexts while supporting Anderson Global’s business goals and global strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional HR operations across the Americas and Caribbean, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Design and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and development strategies.
- Partner with regional business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
- Oversee employee relations, investigations, and HR policy enforcement.
- Monitor HR metrics and drive data-informed improvements in line with global goals.
- Support regional implementation of global HR programs and systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a regional or international leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across cultures and with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
