About the Role:
We are seeking Account Managers to join our Client Services Team and drive our growth initiatives. As an Account Manager, you will play a vital role in daily operations, offering an excellent opportunity to be a key member of a top-tier Client Services team and to advance your career. What You’ll Do:
Conduct detailed research on prospects. Utilize proprietary Sales Tools to contact and convert leads into clients. Initiate contact with potential clients via email to build rapport and arrange meetings. Engage potential clients through phone calls to generate qualified prospects. Collaborate with team members to develop and execute prospect strategies. Coordinate with Sales Management and Marketing teams to ensure quality and quantity of presentations. Provide comprehensive solutions to enhance revenue growth and profitability. Present, promote, and sell services confidently to existing and prospective clients. Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Account Manager. Highly motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented. Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to develop professional relationships. Goal-driven with experience in networking and influencing decision-makers. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. Deep understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques. Experience in opening new opportunities. Fast learner with a passion for sales. Network of potential clients in the IT industry or related fields is advantageous. Fluent in English. Additional Details:
