. They are seeking a Head of Product with a proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS platforms in the healthcare claims space. This leader will drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our client’s AI/ML-enabled data products for enterprise health systems. This role requires deep experience in building and scaling product teams, leading cross-functional collaboration, and delivering enterprise-grade software products within a complex, regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs in alignment with company goals and healthcare customer needs. Healthcare Claims Domain Leadership: Understand the complexities of enterprise hospital networks, healthcare claims data, and AI/ML use cases in clinical and operational settings. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, including product managers and Offshore teams. Offshore teams oversight Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, client success, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. Customer Engagement: Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from healthcare clients and translating them into actionable product enhancements. Regulatory Awareness: Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.). Go-to-Market Support: Partner with sales, marketing, and implementation teams to support product launches, client onboarding, and feature adoption. Qualifications: 10+ years of healthcare claims product management experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role with Healthcare Claims experience. Proven success in scaling SaaS platforms with complex data infrastructure and AI/ML applications. Strong familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem, including EHR/EMR integrations, claims data, clinical data, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate technical requirements into business value and prioritize features for maximum impact. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field preferred.
