About the Role Were looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead strategic analytics initiatives and unlock business insights that drive growth across go-to-market (GTM) teams—including sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to build predictive models, uncover actionable trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives at the crossroads of advanced analytics, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver end-to-end data science solutions to tackle high-priority business challenges. Partner with GTM stakeholders to identify key opportunities and deliver analytical insights that drive revenue and strategy. Build predictive models, conduct causal inference, design experiments, and deliver customer segmentation and forecasting analyses. Develop and manage dashboards and self-service tools using SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Tableau. Present complex data findings in a clear, compelling way for both technical and executive audiences. Promote a data-driven culture through knowledge sharing, best practices, and mentorship within the data science team. What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles with significant exposure to sales, marketing, or finance teams. Advanced skills in SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and data manipulation. Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Proven track record of applying data science to drive measurable business outcomes. Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into insights that influence decision-makers. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading analytics projects in fast-paced or ambiguous environments. Familiarity with machine learning, AI, and statistical methods applied to real-world use cases (e.g., churn prediction, LTV modeling). Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and ML Ops tools. Experience developing or scaling self-service data tools for business teams. Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
