Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other recruiting tools to find top talent.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with HR best practices and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer with a keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
