- Confirm reservations and communicate booking details to clients efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding hotel options, availability, and amenities
- Address any issues or concerns related to reservations promptly and professionally
- Promote eco-friendly lodging options to align with Ecoway Voyagers’ sustainability standards
- Educate clients on sustainable practices and encourage responsible travel choices
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless travel arrangements
- Work closely with our travel advisors to provide comprehensive booking support
