0 The Gables of Green Looking for Care Partner Full-time : 12-hour shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a WEEKLY PAY 401 k Medical, Vision, Dental Paid Vacation Skills Required : Care Partner Assisted Living Memory Care Job Summary : The Care Partner will be responsible for providing assistance and support to residents in an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. The Care Partner will work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that residents receive the highest quality of care possible. Duties may include assisting with activities of daily living, medication management, and providing emotional support to residents and their families. Key Responsibilities : Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide emotional support to residents and their families Assist with meal preparation and feeding Assist with housekeeping and laundry tasks Document resident care and behavior in accordance with facility policies and procedures Report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff Participate in resident activities and events Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred Experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care facility preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
