POSITION OVERVIEW:
The General Manager (GM) is the leader of the restaurant management team. The GM oversees operational and financial performance, ensuring core values are upheld through execution. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, overseeing, and participating in restaurant operations. The GM models company culture and maintains high standards in food quality and guest experience, providing a clean, friendly, and safe dining environment. Location: Phoenix, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive The GM reports directly to the District Manager and occasionally to the Leadership Team. They are responsible for implementing policies, maintaining financial and operational performance, and achieving the Training Store Certification. The GM must perform all restaurant tasks as needed, ensuring standards, safety, and security are maintained. Successful completion of the Manager in Training Program is required. Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication and professionalism. Rewards

Manage daily team operations, ensuring quality service, cleanliness, and professionalism Inspect restaurant for readiness and demand perfection Perform work of team members when necessary, leading by example Conduct quality checks and document procedures Maintain staffing levels through effective scheduling and training Handle team training, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and address performance issues Reconcile audits, oversee sales and cash handling, and perform deposits Address customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction Manage equipment maintenance, catering inquiries, and system implementations Maintain consistent attendance during scheduled hours Requirements
Must be 21+ years old High school diploma required; college or culinary degree preferred 3-5 years restaurant management experience, including 2+ years as GM Supervisory experience is a plus Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Dependable, honest, with strong communication and guest service skills Basic math and computer skills; proficient in Aloha POS and Excel Successful completion of Manager in Training Program Physical Demands
