Company Information

The Golden Lion Cafe is an award winning family owned and operated destination restaurant in located in Flagler Beach, Florida. Serving fresh seafood and tropical drinks, with live entertainment daily. Established in 1992 - We are a fun, casual, and busy restaurant located directly facing the ocean.

We are looking for a high energy and positive FOH restaurant manager that enjoys working outside in a fast paced environment with a large staff.

Job Description

• Run all FOH operations
• Responsible for managing the team to achieve success
• Ensure high food quality and consistency in all dishes served
• Ensure we have 100% guest satisfaction
• Keep employee morale high and bring the fun to work every day
• Be a positive leader
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and health inspections
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Restaurant Management or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Management and Hospitality
• Experience in food service management and fine dining establishments
• ServSafe Certified and familiar with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles
• Passion for customer service
  
  

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
