Delivery, account management, client relationships, and account growth Apply data science and data engineering to solve complex business problems in CPG and Retail sectors Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand key business issues and develop analytics roadmaps or implement transformational programs Lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality solutions Demonstrate business value through solutions aligned with strategic, operational, and tactical goals, including executive presentations Requirements:
12+ years of experience in delivering advanced analytics consulting and designing large data analytics or engineering programs Experience managing large accounts with active involvement in growth; P&L ownership is a plus Ability to engage with VP/Director level stakeholders and internal teams to define and solve business problems Hands-on or leadership experience in price & promotion optimization programs is advantageous Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience working with global teams, managing client expectations, and integrating analytics into business processes Proficiency with tools like R, Python, AWS, Databricks, and exposure to cloud/big data systems is beneficial Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience Benefits:
