As a Revenue Recognition Analyst, you will extract and analyze revenue data for daily/monthly variance review at one of the nation's largest hospital systems. Working to identify the root cause of variance in revenue performance, you will provide Revenue Cycle Leadership with visibility into key revenue indicators.

Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years working within healthcare (financial analysis or revenue cycle experience preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with data visualization tools (tableau is a plus)
Bachelors degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field
Responsibilities:
Forecast revenue trends as fee schedules update or payor contracts change
Track gross charges, contractual adjustments, and bad debt on the income statement
Perform variance analysis to identify changes in the above
Collaborate with practice Directors, Senior Leadership, and Finance leadership to analyze budget to actual variances on a monthly basis
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deliverables for Revenue Cycle Operations
Ensure compliance with established fee schedules and contractual provisions
