Senior Director of Marketing
to join the Events & Marketing department. This position is hybrid, requiring three days in the office each week. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with a talented marketing and events team for a forward-thinking nonprofit organization! PLASTICS offers: Hybrid work environment Unlimited paid time off Generous benefits package Work-life balance programs Free onsite fitness center & wellness programs As the Senior Director of Marketing, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of PLASTICS' marketing initiatives, driving membership growth, event attendance, industry influence, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies that align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performing, collaborative marketing team. This position reports to the Vice President of Events & Marketing and oversees two direct reports.
