Open to Remote Talent The Change Risk Execution Consultant with Project and ECRE/Risk Management experience will partner with project stakeholders to facilitate the program's execution. Engage, educate, advise, and assist in documenting risks & controls impacting project implementation and delivery. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare project Points of Contact to initiate the ECRE process, supporting timelines. Advise on identification, documentation, and approval of Risks, Controls, and Mitigation Plans within the Archer ECRE module, in collaboration with the GCO Risk Advisor. Ensure Business Unit adherence to design expectations and proper calibration of risks related to implementation or steady-state delivery. Participate in PMLC activities, acting as an Approver for the Plan-to-Execute stage when ECRE is required. Attend weekly project meetings to represent ECRE status and next steps. Manage significant portions of the ECRE execution process and own quality metrics for the ECRE program. Collaborate on process improvements with CRE leadership. Manage 10-15 concurrent ECREs, or adjust based on complexity. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 7-10 years of experience in financial services, preferably with a large firm. Ability to see the big picture while managing details. Knowledge of banking, risk management, and audit practices. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of operational and technical environments of financial institutions, including relevant laws and regulations. Experience with Business Process Management (BPM). Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
