About the Position:
The Lead Technologist performs standard radiologic technologist duties while working closely with the supervisor and manager to provide guidance and direction to the radiology team. This role supports staff education, workflow implementation, and change management initiatives. The Lead Technologist also serves as a PACS Administrator and EPIC Super User, offering support and troubleshooting for both technical and clerical staff. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations, and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with patients and colleagues.
What we are looking for:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Five (5) years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire.
CT experience or completion of CT competency required within 60 days of hire.
